To our wonderful customers,
It is well known by now that COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) has become a national pandemic. Peripole takes the health and safety of our staff very seriously, we value our long-standing customer base, and we know the importance of music for the education of every child in this country.
Many states, including our own state, Oregon, have put out shelter in place order to “flatten the curve” in the rising virus cases. Though as a manufacturer and distributor Peripole will NOT be forced to close, to keep a safe and clean work environment for our staff while maintaining our service to schools, teachers, and parents, we have reduced our office hours to:
8:30AM to 12:30PM PST (11:30AM to 3:30PM EST) Monday-Friday.
Our sales staff will still be available during these new hours to take orders and answer any questions you may have.
We will continue our efforts to encourage music and learning for children during this time by:
• Offering free shipping on orders $49.00 or more when placed on our website!
• Coupons and deals for instruments and materials that will work well for personal and at home learning
• Price matching of all in stock products with our competitors.
• New resources for teachers, students, and parents tailored to the current situation
• Shared links to resources for teachers, students and parents tailored to the current situation
We will still be taking and filling your orders during this time, VIA mail, phone, and our website. However, due to many supply chain interruptions outside our control, orders placed at this time could take longer than usual to fill. If you are placing an order for a school that is currently closed and cannot accept a shipment until re-opening, please let our staff know in advance. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions by calling at 1-800-443-3592 during our temporary new hours or emailing us at contact@peripole.com
We hope in these ways, we can help you all with the resources you need to continue with music education during this crisis.
Thank you, and stay safe
-Ami Halverson (Vice President)
