Extracting design ideas from traditional monochrome Hawaiian body ornamentation, these ukuleles look and sound stunningly beautiful. The "TATTOO" designs are primarily based on waves and sharks teeth which are also echoed as fret markers. The HONU soprano is based on a stylized Hawaiian turtle (honu). Fret markers on this instrument are also stylized sharks teeth.

Most important, the sound and intonation of these fine ukes are nearly perfect. They come equipped with Aquila strings, which hold tune immediately. Complete with canvas bag and pitch pipe, these are great ukuleles for all players from beginning to experienced musicians.
